The Real Hauler Test.
Five questions that expose a lead reseller in under two minutes — before they sell your phone number.
Much of what looks like a "local junk removal company" online is a lead-generation website: a template wearing your city's name, built to capture your information and sell it to whoever bids. You deserve to know who's actually coming to your property. Updated October 2026.
1Ask: "What's your physical address?"
A real hauler names a real town and can tell you where the yard is. We're in Mounds, Oklahoma.
Lead resellers dodge, name a different city than their website claims, or give a virtual office.
2Ask: "Will YOUR crew do the job, or are you selling my info?"
A real company dispatches its own crews and haulers and stays responsible for the job start to finish.
Lead-gen sites auction your name and number to whoever pays — then vanish from the transaction.
3Check: does the price change on-site?
A real operator publishes pricing and locks the number before the truck rolls. Ours never changes on-site.
Broker networks quote low to win the lead, then the subcontractor renegotiates in your driveway.
4Check: is the same website wearing 20 city names?
A real company has one brand and stands behind it everywhere it works.
Search the site's phone number — if it answers for 'Junk Removal Guys of' ten different cities with the same template, you found a doorway network.
5Ask: "Who handles the title paperwork?"
A real big-asset hauler walks you through title transfer and gives you a receipt — it protects YOU from future liability.
Middlemen don't touch titles. If they shrug at the paperwork question, hang up.
Our answers, on the record
- • USA Federal Junk Removal — Mounds, Oklahoma. Family-operated since 1993, online since 2003.
- • One phone number everywhere we work: (405) 698-4285 — it rings a dispatcher, not a call center.
- • Published exact pricing. The locked quote is the final price.
- • We handle title transfer on every motorhome, RV, and boat — receipt in hand.
- • Our crews, our dispatch, our responsibility — nationwide.
